Hello 2015

2014 passed in a blink! Eventhough it didn't start on a good note, I kept myself optimistic. 2014 was full of self-reflection and self-discovery. Eat, Pray, Love much?? Along the way, I have discovered true friends and families who were there for me through this ordeal. Thanks Mum, you have always been there for me; through good and bad times, in sickness and in health. I love you, Mama!

Here's what's happened in 2014:

#1: This was also the year I traveled, a lot. Started off with Bangkok in January, Phuket for Songkran in April, Kota Kinabalu in May, Batam in Feb and May, KL in March and November.

Sadly my very own Eat, Pray, Love saga didn't bring me to Italy. But I did learn some basic greetings in a foreign language, Espanol to be exact! Perks of working for international businesses. Fantastico!

Definitely looking forward to travel more in 2015. But I will need to hold that thought though since 2015 holds more responsibilities for me. Nothing that I'm complaining about definitely ;p

#2: Norathexplora is something I've been wanting to do for a very long time. I love sharing my thoughts and experience in hope that somehow, somewhere out there, my words have inspired or benefitted an individual. I'm glad I finally got around to it. It has been fun!

I put alot of thought into blogging and it can drag for weeks just because I want it to be insightful for everyone. Thank you for those who have been supporting NTX! You'll hear more from me and I promise to get better at it =) There's always room for improvements.

#3: From my previous post on healthy living, I'm happy that I've finally opened up towards healthy living. Health is not something to be taken for granted. I still want to see my grandchildren 50 years down the road and go shopping with them!

#4: More than anything else, I had hoped and prayed to meet someone who could give me the utmost certainty that he's my other half. And I met this amazing being with a heart of gold; surrounded by amazing people too! It's unbelievable how he can radiate so much positivity to the people around him. This very special person is none other than my beloved, Nazzmie. Call me old-fashioned but he's the living proof that chivalry still does exist!

There's more to learn as we embark on the next level of our relationship. As I mentioned earlier, 2015 onwards holds heaps of responsibilities. May we pull through the challenges and obstacles ahead of us.

Thank you 2014 for all the memories and milestones and everyone for being a part if it.

Hello 2015, please be good. May I be a better person than who I was in my yesterdays, be better at what I have been doing and have more to explore! Live simply, happily and eliminate all the negativity around you!

NTX signing off, xoxo
